Health and Safety can be a challenging subject due to the complications but here at First Facilities Support, we will work with you to ensure it's under control with our expertise.

With health and safety regulations changing frequently, it's easy to become confused and unsure as to what statutory requirements you should have within your premises. When working with First Facilities Support, we will complete a full health and safety audit of your premises. We also provide you with a full logbook which stays on site with all the documents and certification your premises needs to ensure it's compliant with the latest health and safety regulations. You will also have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week full support from First Facilities Support.

As well as this, you will also have your own unique login to which you can log job issues that you require First Facilities to attend and if it's urgent, we will attend within the first hour to ensure your premises has minimal disruption and is running efficiently. You will also have a digital folder that will have all your compliance documentation available at the click of a button.

In the event you have a health and safety audit at your premises, if requested, First Facilities will send a health and safety manager to assist during your audit. Whether you need assistance with the HSE or if you're within the education sector and are expecting an OFSTED inspection, rest assured First Facilities will be there to help and support you in regard to the health and safety aspect.

You will also only have 1 point of contact. At the moment, you may currently use many different contractors which is time consuming and tedious. Using First Facilities, we can cover all your maintenance and compliance needs which will not only save you time, but it will also save you money!
